How it works:
We take an initial meeting to asses your business’ needs + spend 2 hours on site to better understand the in’s and out’s of your operation
We assess you project than give you a proposal of goals to accomplish along with timeline and what tools are needed for your team to be successful
Initial project Cost is $5000. We commit to finding a minimum of $10,000 recurring annual savings in your business or you get full refund (projects can be larger in scope if needed)
We spend time in your operation as well as some time building systems & processed to complete the project
Deliverables depend on project needs but can be order guides, schedules, operations manuals, recipes, COGS analysis, production schedules, menu testing, development & staff training (basically anything that is going to help your operations)
We follow up 30 days after project completion to check progress, make any adjustments if needed
Follow up 6 months to ensure still on track
Hourly rate of $95/hour for piecemeal work
